Time flies when...

So, I've been away for a while. A long while, but I have an excuse. I moved.... to a different country. As you can imagine, such an international move is quite the exercise in logistical arrangements. As much fun as it was, I'm awfully glad it's over.

Now it's back to business in full force! I now run my practice from Haarlem in the Netherlands with consultations in Amsterdam and The Hague upon request. I've also added a few interesting services, so visit my website for more information. In collaboration with a nutritional therapist, we'll be offering corporate wellness programmes too, so keep an eye out for that.Â

Also, in collaboration with the nutritional therapist, we'll be running a comprehensive 8 week weight loss programme called Why Weight. This programme is designed to not only give personalised nutrition information, but also empower you with behaviour change strategies to make the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve your weight loss results.Â

- 1 introduction workshop (1.5 hours)
- 2 personalised nutrition consultations (1 hour each)
- 3 individual behaviour change coaching sessions (1 hour each)
